Age Group Jr. Varsity: Boys Grade 9 and Grade 10

A beginner or intermediate b-ball player looking to take your game to the next level?

The Bridge is a unique program that will help you make the jump !!

We focus on developing your skills and basketball IQ in a low-pressure, high-growth environment. This isn't just about playing games; it's about building your foundation.

Our program prioritizes:

  • Fundamental Skills: Sharpen your shooting technique, improve your dribbling and ballhandling, and master effective passing.
  • Game IQ: Learn to read the game, make smart decisions, and develop your offensive and defensive aggression.
  • Role Versatility: Learning to play every position, learning how to bring up the ball, start the offense, attacking the basket, and defending stronger players.
  • Repetition: We use repetition in both skill development and realistic game scenarios to help you apply what you've learned.

Program Structure - Our program runs from September through early June, with a focus on practice 1 – 2 practices a week and a game day once a week.

  • Teams: A maximum of 50 players, divided into four teams that will rotate each week to promote diverse matchups and skill development.
  • Games: The focus is on skill application, not the final score. Games are structured to give you maximum playing time and learning opportunities.
  • Certified referees for every game. Four nine-minute quarters with stop time. Two timeouts per half.
